Student who wish to apply for a deferment of course will have to fill up the form by entering all details.

Please note that the students can only take up to 2 consecutive trimester of LOA. All enrolled subject for the trimester will be withdrawn upon approval.

Approval will take up to 4 weeks.

Attendance Team will be assessing each application and you will be informed once your completed form has been approved or rejected through your JCU email.
